These terms are between you and V&I Solutions (Y-tunnus 3520236-6), the Finnish sole trader that provides Simplcor, and cover your use of Simplcor. They're a draft — see the notice above.

The service

Simplcor is a business management platform covering accounting, CRM, marketing tracking, project margin and an advisory layer. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use Simplcor for unlawful purposes or attempt to compromise its security.

Data ownership

Your company's data belongs to you. You can export it at any time and, subject to statutory retention obligations, request its deletion.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Liability

Simplcor is a tool to help manage your business — it doesn't replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice.

Changes to these terms

We'll notify active accounts of material changes before they take effect.
