Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data V&I Solutions (Y-tunnus 3520236-6), the Finnish sole trader that provides Simplcor, collects, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), the company information you enter (chart of accounts, transactions, contacts, documents you upload), and basic technical data (login timestamps, IP address) used for security purposes.
How we use it
To run the product you signed up for: process your accounting data, send transactional emails (invitations, password resets, approval notifications), and keep your account secure. We do not sell your data.
Where it's processed
On Cloudflare's infrastructure, currently processed in the EU region. Transactional emails are sent through Resend.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Company accounting records may be subject to statutory retention requirements that limit deletion.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus any period required by applicable accounting or tax law.
