Data processing agreement

This describes how V&I Solutions (Y-tunnus 3520236-6), the Finnish sole trader that provides Simplcor, processes personal data on your behalf when you use the product to store customer, contact or employee information.

Roles

You are the data controller for the personal data you enter into Simplcor (for example, customer or contact records). V&I Solutions acts as the data processor.

Processing instructions

V&I Solutions processes personal data only to provide the service and as instructed by you through your use of the product.

Sub-processors

We use Cloudflare (infrastructure) and Resend (transactional email) as sub-processors, each processing data under their own data processing terms.

Data subject requests

If you receive a request from a data subject, V&I Solutions will assist you in responding to it.

Breach notification

We will notify you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the safeguards provided by our sub-processors' own standard contractual clauses.

Term

This agreement applies for as long as we process personal data on your behalf under the main service agreement.
